Does the thought of innovation excite you? Or does the word cause you to break out in a cold sweat? Regardless of how you feel about bringing innovation into your events, we'll be exploring why those feelings are so valid and how we can best prepare for adopting innovation into our events and festivals.

Three KEY Learning Outcomes:

1. What's the big deal? Reasons your team is afraid of innovation
2. Is it really worth it? Reasons you should give innovation a chance
3. Innovation Survival Guide: Tips and strategies for adopting innovation and not crying your way through it

Named 2018 Innovative Social Enterprise & Startup Innovation of the Year, Liam and his team at Tandempark understand the challenges that accompany change. Liam has been leading his team for over five years as they design and develop Tandempark, an innovative volunteer engagement, and management platform that redefines how people engage in community. His creative
problem-solving style has allowed him to facilitate innovation while respecting the fears that come with 'doing it differently'.

Having coached many organizations through the transition between tools, Liam has developed an effective strategy to help groups prepare for the impact of innovation, both technically and mentally.
