But, to paraphrase Marcus Buckingham, “You not only need to get the right people on your bus, but you also need to get them in the right seats, too!” This workshop will help any leader or organization better align the needs of your event with the unique abilities of the volunteers involved, designing your team into a well-oiled machine.
